I'm Leaving Now

Many children do not walk to school alone. They pick up a friend along the way. That is a lovely arrangement, but in practice it often comes with small coordination problems. Exactly when are they leaving? Is the person accompanying them already waiting downstairs? Or is your child not even ready yet?

The Problem with Waiting

Without coordination, the same thing often happens: the person accompanying your child is standing outside their door or at the corner, waiting. Maybe in the rain, maybe in the cold, or perhaps simply for nothing because everything took a little longer today. Of course, your child could send a message via WhatsApp. But honestly: Unlocking the smartphone before school, opening the app, and typing is cumbersome for children and takes time. Especially when they need to get going quickly. And everyone already spends far too much time looking at their phones. You do not need to encourage that even more.

How Can This Be Solved?

With Liase, you can turn your old smartphone into a stationary device. For example, you can place it in the hallway, where your child naturally passes before leaving the house. Before heading out, they simply press the button. The person accompanying them is immediately notified - by SMS, Telegram, or another method you choose. That way, they know exactly: It's time to go, I'm heading downstairs.

No unnecessary waiting outside the door. No standing in the rain for nothing. And for your child: no awkward message writing in the morning. One simple press is enough. Perhaps the two of them also take a bus together - in that case, the notification can also tell the companion which bus they will take. Simple, straightforward, and without expensive technology.
